Restorative Mat Pilates

Restorative Mat Pilates has a gentle and slower approach to Mat Pilates. Its great for increasing core stability as well as toning and lengthening the muscles. Using body weight as resistance and small props to increase the challenge and a nice bit of flow. With regular attendance, you will start to notice your strength and stability increasing over time. Mat classes are surprisingly challenging and compliment equipment based classes for full body conditioning. This class is suitable for beginners or those with limited mobility.
