Sacred Movement (L2): Mums, Bubs & Tots Yoga – 8 Week Course

This 8 week term booking is a Level 2 Mums and Bubs offering – perfect for anyone who has completed our Sacred Start: Mum & Bubs Yoga + Wellbeing course, the Postpartum Return to Exercise program or for those who have already returned to regular gentle yoga/exercise since birthing.

This class is a beautiful opportunity to continue your connection with yourself, your little one and our growing community of new Mumma’s! Our Mums, Bubs & Tots yoga classes are gentle and accommodating to your needs – incorporating gentle movement to get energy flowing, strengthening the parts that need extra support and stretching the tension away in all the stuck spots. Utilise simple mindfulness and breathing practices along the way, to nurture your nervous system and give yourself a little TLC.

We know it can be challenging to leave the house sometimes and encourage you to show up just as you are. We promise you will leave feeling better than when you arrived!

A term booking encourages commitment and accountability – which we know from experience helps mums stick to their health and wellbeing goals! (We got you!)

Some tots are on the move and we go with the flow without expectation or judgement and accept that distractions may occur – we just carry on anyway! Feel free to stop and feed, change, cuddle or settle your little one at any time, we have a safe space for you to be exactly where you need to be.

All abilities and experience welcome – please be in touch if you have any questions about your participation. We have a box of toys, a couple of play mats, a bumbo, a bouncer, a walker and a change table in the bathroom.
