Postpartum Program – Return to Exercise Safely (8 weeks)

This 8-week program has been designed by an Exercise Physiologist to help you return to movement safely after the birth of your baby. Restore your pelvic floor and core first, then regain more strength each week over the course of 8 weeks to help you move well, feel good in your body and transition safely back into an active lifestyle again!

With extra resource materials and a home exercise program each week to support your progress, let Village Birth help you to feel confident and strong in Motherhood.

For those wanting a thorough understanding of their pelvic health post baby, we also work with a Women’s Health Physiotherapist who can support you with a pelvic floor assessment. Contact us for more details.

Stay connected with other mums, commit to yourself to one class a week and feel the difference. This 8 week investment is only $295 and your baby is welcome to join the class.

When you finish the course you will be able join our Strength and Reformer Pilates classes with your little one. Our space and classes are designed to help you keep moving during Motherhood with your baby.

About your Instructor:
Simone is an Exercise Physiologist, Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor but most importantly, a mum that has a passion for holding space for nourishing movement that makes people feel empowered with knowledge and strength through their motherhood journey.

With a focus on the mind–body connection, she loves creating sessions that honour each mother’s unique postpartum journey. Classes are designed to gently reintroduce movement, supporting your body as it regains strength and balance, while being mindful of the changes and challenges that come with early motherhood. Together you’ll explore movements that feel nurturing and restorative, while weaving in gentle rehabilitation exercises to aid recovery. Our collective intention is for every mother to leave each class feeling supported, lengthened, and lighter in body, mind and spirit.
