Integrated in the longer, more passive holds is a meditative awareness of breath, mindfulness and presence. This class targets the connective tissues of the body – the tendons, fascia and ligaments, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. You will emerge feeling soft, open and deeply calm. *Suitable for beginners.
