A specialty Village Birth class that supports pregnant people & new mums with their birth preparation & post partum recovery. It focuses on stretching all the tight, niggly spots like shoulders, ribs, back and hips – while strengthening the upper back, glutes, arms, pelvic floor and deep core. Balancing strength with good breathing techniques, learning functional movement for motherhood and releasing tension and stress is the focus of these classes.
With a maximum of 7 mummas, our expert instructors are able to make the necessary adjustments to meet both prenatal and postpartum needs in the same class. This makes for a fun dynamic and a great place to meet other mums.
