
Prenatal Yoga & Mindful Birth Preparation – Term Booking (8 Weeks)
Our specialised prenatal yoga course is for women at all stages in their pregnancy. As a highly experienced Yoga instructor, Mindful Birth Educator and mum – Joelle will guide you to connect with your body, your mind and your baby as you progress through the weeks of pregnancy.
Prenatal yoga strengthens the body in preparation for birth, calms the mind and relieves aches, pains and stress. It also encourages optimal maternal positioning to create space for baby during labour and allows you to practise softening and breathing in preparation for a beautiful birth. The classes are suitable for absolute beginners through to seasoned yogis.
What to expect: Gentle warm up, pregnancy-safe postures, slow flows, breathing exercises, meditation and visualisation. All designed to increase your balance, stamina and pelvic floor connection, while preparing you with supportive tools for your birth experience. This course is so much more than a yoga class. Enjoy some time out each week to meet other mums & connect with your body and baby in our beautiful, nurturing studio! It will wrap you up like a warm hug and have you feeling calm, grounded & positive after each session.
