Sacred Start: Mums & Bubs Yoga + Wellbeing – 8 Week Course

Feel supported in your postpartum and early motherhood journey.

This 8-week course has been designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself, your baby, and a supportive community of new mums. The gentle yoga will include slow movement, stretching, and strengthening to support your body and release tension and tightness. Mindfulness practices, breathing techniques, and Ayurvedic wisdom will help regulate your nervous system, nurture your wellbeing, and provide a little TLC along the way.

Led by Ali, an experienced yoga teacher, yoga therapist and Ayurvedic practitioner with a passion for prenatal and postnatal care, this course offers tailored advice for new mothers navigating motherhood, including pregnancy and birth recovery, nutrition, and self-care. Ali is also a mum to three – having recently welcomed her third bubs – she gets it!

We understand it can be tough to leave the house sometimes so we encourage you to show up just as you are – distractions are welcome, and you can feed, change, or settle your baby anytime. We have toys, and baby gear available. Please bring a blanket or play mat for your baby to lay on the floor. Stay for tea and connection afterwards.

The Retreat Room is on the first floor so it will be best to leave your pram downstairs and carry baby up in your arms or a capsule if needed. Babywearing is also an option.
