Mums & Bub Strength

This weekly class has been designed by a postpartum exercise specialist to help you continue your strength journey after the completion of our 6 week Postpartum Program (or the equivalent of). Whether you have been doing strength classes for awhile or transitioning from the postpartum course, this class will help you to continue building strength, fitness and confidence in yourself and your body during this important period 12-18 months postpartum.
