As of July 1st, 2026, we will be changing our cancellation policy window to 6 hours notice for any group class (instead of 4) and 9 hours for private appointments. A late cancellation or np-show means you forfeit the booking in full, which is also not refundable or transferrable. ***Please note that all LATE CANCELLATIONS or NO SHOWS from bookings made with a weekly membership (including all INTRO OFFERS) will incur a $10 fee that will automatically be deducted from your account 1 day after the booking.

We intentionally offer small class sizes as we believe in quality over quantity. In saying this, every spot in class matters so we need to adhere to our cancellation policies to keep it fair for everyone, as often we have waitlists and people miss out. We thank you for your understanding.

Membership/Class Pass Cancellation

When signing up to a weekly membership, you are signing up for a 6 month commitment. After the initial 6 months, you are welcome to continue on, which we hope you will, as we are sure you will be feeling the benefits of weekly workouts. Alternatively you can cancel your membership. All cancellation requests must be sent via email to admin@villagewellnesstorquay.com.au with a two week notice period.

We do not refund our 5, 10 or 20 class passes. Once you purchase, you agree to use these at your own leisure and within the timeframe of each specific pass. Extension are only given for extenuating circumstances. The Village also reserves the right to make changes to the space or classes as needed.

Course Cancellations

We have limited numbers for courses so just like classes, each spot is important. When you book your course, you are signing up for all dates as your spot will be reserved for you each week. Cancellation of any course within 7 days of the course start date will not receive a refund. Instances where a refund may happen are if we are able to fill your spot within that timeframe. Please note that this is not guaranteed. Cancellations made within 14 days of course start date will receive a full refund.
