Clinical Pilates

At Village Wellness Torquay, we offer Clinical Pilates which is a science and evidence backed form of exercise rehabilitation using Pilates Principles. Clinical Pilates is designed to support injury recovery, chronic health management, improve mobility, strength and overall functionality in the body.

Each session follows a highly personalised and evidence backed program that meets your needs and is tailored 100% to you and your goals. With a focus on alignment, controlled movement and breath, these sessions are here to retrain, rehabilitate, heal and support your body to move safely and effectively under expert guidance. At the Village we use a mixture of low- impact, spring resistance equipment as well as our strength & fitness equipment to target strength and mobility according to each person’s goals.
