If your baby is not mobile, they are welcome to attend our Reformer and Strength classes. We just don’t allow babies to join in our yoga classes, as often people are practising mindfulness during this time and we know babies can be unpredictable. The exception to this of course is our dedicated Mums, Bubs & Tots Yoga class and Sacred Start offering, which is a beautiful opportunity to slow down and be present in mindful movement with your baby.
As mentioned above, babies are also welcome in our Reformer & Strength classes, as long as they are not yet mobile. These classes involve a lot of moving parts/weights and we’re mindful of the risk to our tiny friends. We want the Village to be a safe, inclusive space for everyone, which sometimes means adjusting based on your child’s stage of development.
If your baby becomes more mobile, we know that getting to the Village can be difficult. Only you will know what is right for you and your little one but we want to remind you that filling up your cup will always flow on to them. If you find that coming with your mobile toddler is too hard, we do offer evening classes when you may have more support at home. Please do speak with a team member at anytime, we are always here to support where we can.
