Teen Reformer

This fun and challenging 45 min class is designed to support healthy growth and development in teenagers. Using the reformer to adjust resistance accordingly, we focus on strengthening the main muscle groups as well as addressing posture. Get your teen moving with us in a safe and supportive environment.

Term Bookings hold your spot for the whole term. This teaches accountability and commitment as well as creates a space for new friendships to form. Your teen will also feel the benefits to moving their body each week – great as an add on for a sporty teen or as an alternative option to those who may not align with traditional sporting outlets. We encourage this way to avoid disappointment if the class is full. Class credits cannot be used for any other class and will expire at the end of each term.
